AIGENTIC Compliance was founded in 2024 with a clear ambition: to revolutionize the way organizations approach compliance. After years of working in corporate compliance roles, our founder experienced first-hand how expensive, complex systems, fragmented policies, and uninspired training failed both employees and compliance officers. Compliance was seen as a burden—expensive, inefficient, and disconnected from real behavior.

With a background as a senior compliance officer at OCI, ASML, and AkzoNobel, Claudia brings deep industry expertise to the intersection of AI, compliance program mangement and ethics. She founded AIGENTIC Compliance to create a smarter, more intuitive way to manage compliance — one that blends human values with intelligent automation. Under her leadership, AIGENTIC Compliance is pioneering a new category of compliance tech, starting with its flagship platform: the Policy Holocron and virtual assistant CLAUDIA.

Data Science & AI I’m a Data Science & AI student at BUAS, driven by a passion for turning numerical chaos into clear insights. I love digging into datasets to spot patterns and then turning those numbers into easy-to-understand visuals and stories. I’m equally at home with project management—breaking big ideas into actionable steps, keeping every detail on track, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
Role: Currently working on shaping the flow and content for our 2D compliance platformer—mapping out each level’s scenarios, deciding which ethical dilemmas players will face, placing decision checkpoints, and ensuring each challenge builds on the last. I also contributed to our chat features by crafting and refining prompts for tools like the Fireside Chat and Claudia AI Assistant, making every interaction both informative and on-brand. |
